JLR Design is a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing consulting/engineering firm,

founded and located in Harford County, Maryland in 1996.

JLR provides high quality design in a number of industries including: Retail, commercial, biotech, government, hospitality,

medical care,and technology related buildings, etc. Our diversity and expansive project knowledge is considered our largest

asset. JLR has completed designs for various types of projects throughout the entire United States and currently holds

Professional Engineering licenses in 20 states.

We work with a large number of satisfied contractors, architects, developers and equipment manufacturers. Our goal is to provide

a high quality project designed to meet the project budget and time constraints. We strive to design a project that is both fiscally
